The Tribeca Film Festival is not just about film, but the uncovering of “emerging” artists like The Hold Steady, The Virgins, The Republic Tigers and Bad Veins. They played the closing night party at Webster Hall, a gig curated by “The O.C.” music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas. Apparently, Phantom Planet was unavailable.
